I provide coaching, consulting, and training for individuals and organizations. I also teach MBA- and PhD-level classes on psychology and organizational behavior.
I have been using my expertise in human psychology and behavioral science to improve individual and organizational functioning for more than a decade. I received my PhD in Management & Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. My academic research focuses on leadership, power dynamics in groups, work-life balance, and diversity and identity in the workplace.
I am based in Salt Lake City and work with clients locally and virtually. In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, reading, being outside, and shopping at Costco.
